E' possibile per uno o più condomini rinunciare ad una parte comune del condominio?

No, anche se il condomino (o i condomini) in questione non fa nessun uso, per un qualsiasi motivo, al bene comune (ad esempio non passa mai per un vialetto), è comunque tenuto a contribuire alle spese per il mantenimeto del suddetto bene.
